Need to re-order your pet’s medication?

Please use this form to request a repeat prescription for your pet’s medication.

To be able to re-dispense ongoing medications, we are required by the Vet Surgeons Board of WA to physically examine your pet regularly (minimally every 6 months) to be able prove they are "under our care". (This is the equivalent of you seeing your GP every 3 years for ongoing medication). We ask that you please respect this legal requirement. 

We will let you know when your medication is ready for collection so you can drop in to pay & collect at a time that suits your schedule.

Orders are usually ready within 1 business day. For same day collection, please contact the clinic staff directly over the phone instead of using this form.
